Only negative was the finance folks tried to jig the interest rate after the fact: Offered lower interest rate than quoted but with a "service charge" that actually made the loan more expensive. Could have been an honest error but as with any dealer, READ EVERYTHING. Buying a car is never "fun" but this was as easy and hassle-free as it could be. More

Dealt with some great dealerships...or so I had thought. Adam and Ali have gone above and beyond their scope of duties to make sure my daughter and I got in to a great car. They now have a customer for life. This isn't just a empty promise. I will be back. They did come recommended, but never in my life expected such a experience that goes beyond words. Everyone I came in contact with at Handy's was very pleasant and went out of their way to say hello. This is so much different than the unpleasant experience I had at Heritage Toyota. I took my new Camry back to Handy Toyota a week later to have body side moldings installed. The Service Department did an excellent job in the way they treated me and were very friendly which quite impressed me.
