We find him up front with cost, options and assures you that he will find the Trk we want. I always check with other dealers and Handy and Ali always give a great trade in price as well as a competitive price for a new trk. They promptly returned our original email request for information and had the best prices as well as the largest selection for us to choose from. They were up front and honest throughout the whole process and didn't try to play any of the games or gimmicks that we found with other dealers during our car search. They didn't make one promise that they didn't keep and they were extremely knowledgeable not only about toyota products but also how they compared to other manufacturers. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service my husband and I received. We had our loan in place prior to locating the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, we are 3.5hrs from the dealershi husband and I received. We had our loan in place prior to locating the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, we are 3.5hrs from the dealership and were "blown off" by Adam several times when attempting to touch base. We would have appreciated the decency of the salesperson to take 5 minutes to speak with us to let us know if it was worth driving the 3.5hrs one way or not. Instead, my husband was told to stop calling and hung up on. This is completely unacceptable. I am happy to say we took our business elsewhere and purchased our new 4runner with ease. More

I noticed on their website that they had the truck in stock that I had been looking for. The site mentioned to call for the best price so I did and spoke with Tom. After the drive he answered all of my questions which there were quite a few. The whole process was easy and low pressure which was really nice. They approach sales in a manner that makes you feel no pressure to buy. It makes the customer feel comfortable and appreciated.
