Was referred by a co-worker. Had a history with another dealership so went there first. After experiencing push and shove, though I knew exactly what I was after, I followed my co-workers reccomendation an dealership so went there first. Ali listened to what I wanted and set everything in motion quickly and efficiently. Though I didn't get him to buy me lunch, he provided everything else I needed. After completeing the lease, he familiarized me with service and parts, introducing me to those in charge. I have since been called by Ali to make sure I was thoroughly pleased with my Prius.
