He offered us clear information about our various purchasing options and worked with us to find something that would meet our needs. His patience, honesty and low pressure approach were certainly things that we appreciated. Our sales experience was a wonderful one and was certainly worth the 1.5 hour drive it took to get to Handy Toyota.
