Today I had the pleasure of buying a car from Mr. All Kamal, a salesman at this dealership. He had been recommended to me by one of my co-workers as a gentleman who would give it to me straight and not Kamal, a salesman at this dealership. We have bought 3 Toyotas from Ali in five years and will keep recommending him and the dealership. Each time the cars we wanted were not on the lot but Ali followed up by quick e-mails and was able to loca keep recommending him and the dealership. At the day of sale he took care of all the paperwork and walked us through each feature of the car before he would let us drive off. The shop at this dealership is also top rate. Friendly, fit me in at least minute if needed and don't do work they don't think I need. More

After we bought the car, I took it back to Handys to have the tire pressure light checked. I appreciated the fact that they let me know how long it would take (and were true to that!) they also helped install my license plates and apply touch-up paint to my hood, free of charge. We have been very happy with the personal service that we have received at both dealerships. Handy Toyota is definitely worth the drive. More
This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from Handy Toyota. I approached this transaction a bit differently. I really wanted a Highlander Hybrid, but he prices were just out of my price range. I told them when the rebates and discounts reach a certain point, call me. A couple months later I got the call, drove the vehicle and bought it. It was a potential risk to let me leave the dealership, but they recognized my style of purchasing. I hate the 'how much a month' or 'what will it take to make a deal today'. They knew my needs and realized those 'cheap' tactics would drive me away. I also appreciate this dealership's experience. They have several salesman with over 20 years experience. I always get honest straight answers with excellent insight. Experience I can trust. I would certainly recommend Handy Toyota. More

Ali was helpful, patient and easy to work with. I appreciate his willingness to listen and take the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my needs are at this stage in my li appreciate his willingness to listen and take the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my needs are at this stage in my life. I got the feeling Ali cared about me feeling good about my decision. For example he suggested I drive across town to see the car I was considering in the color I was considering. It was helpful to step out of the dealership, drive the car I was serious about and actually see it in my color for the "full effect" he called it. By the time I returned I was confident in my selection. The interest rate is unheard of. I am a bit nervous about my payment but confident I can do it because it was my choice with no presure. Ali closed with walking my son and I to the service department where we were introduced and given coffee mugs. Ali also followed up with a call a few days later and then a few more days later I got a thank you card in the mail. Both follow-up contacts communicated I was welcome to call him anytime with questions. All the examples I have stated were done with friendlyness and sincerity. I feel like I am still one of Ali's customers post-purchase. P.S. He didn't know it but both key chains accompaning my new car keys were my favorite colors! More
