I am very satisfied with my new truck purchase from Handy Toyota. I had called the day before, as I was coming from New York. My salesman, Franky, made sure that I would be recieved since he was at a sales m Toyota. I had called the day before, as I was coming from New York. The sales process was comfortable, in fact I did not have to work for what I thought was a fair price. I had planned on checking out two other dealerships and changed my mind after talking with Adam and Franky at Handy. After I had verbally committed to a purchase, the exact truck that I wanted was found and delivered in three days. I recieved a fair price for my trade-in, and in the end a great price on a new truck. It was obvious that Handy wanted my business from the minute I walked in the front door. Highly recommended. Handy Toyota is great! Not only did we get a better price, I am disabled and was unable to easily get to the dealer to pick up our new Sienna, so they delivered it to us! Sweet! I give the review above because the moment my wife and I stepped into their facility we were approached with very friendly people first and then taken care of by very friendly salespeople. I do understand the purpose of their job is to sell cars but I never felt I was pushed into anything. They, especially the gifted salesperson Kyle Ward, explained everything to my wife and I. We had been looking into buying a RAV 4 and went to a few other places and did not feel the same way as when we went to Handy Toyota in St. Albans,Vermont. My wife and I knew what we wanted and the guys there did an exceptional job attending to our needs and desires. When we went there we saw mostly guys working there and they were great BUT I am sure that the gals are just as friendly and professional as all those I came into contact. Handy Toyota is HANDS DOWN a fantastic place to purchase a car. I also spoke with a couple of customers while I was there and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility.
