This is the second car I purchased here. I was surprised when he started with the sticker price instead of the "special price" advertised on their web-site. Once I brought this up he located it on their web-page and the stock # was the same as the vechicle we were discussing. He then said his computer froze and went to try another (at the desk of the person appraising our trade-in) probably told him to lower the trade to accomodate the special price. Also, the car prep guy talked to him about a scratch and he didn't mention it to me. I walked over where they were and noticied the scratch. They are suppose to fix it. I am happy with their service and quality of product. But, they still act like auto dealers and suck everything they can get out of you. More

We found the experience with Handy Toyota to be very pleasant. The Salesman, Doug was very pleasant and not pushy. We told him what we were looking for, and he found exactly what we wanted. I like the handling, and the seat is up higher so I can see better. Doug talked to both my husband AND me, not just to him. That was a pleasant change from other dealers. Not only did I leave the dealership with the car I wanted I got superior customer service from sales to pick up. Ali was a great help in telling me about all of the different features of the Toyota matrix. I got superior customer service from sales to pick up. I was offered an e-price that according to the disclaimer at the bottom of the e-mail is valid for 4 days from the e-mail. When I went into the dealership, on the same day, an offer was made on my car for a at the bottom of the e-mail is valid for 4 days from the e-mail. When I went into the dealership, on the same day, an offer was made on my car for a trade. Never was it disclosed that the only reason the trade was being given was because they where giving me my e-price in the trade. The only reason I agreed to the trade that I did was because I though it was my trade value verses the e-price difference being tagged on to make it look like a better deal. This was never disclosed to me until the day of purchase, the next day. I feel like I was taken advantage of and that the sales person, Ali, was trying to hid this from me. I believe that I was shorted over $600 dollars. I don't think I will ever buy another car from Handy’s that is just not how you treat a customer. I believe in honesty and being upfront with anything that you are doing. Considering the fact that I brought up the e-price about 4 times and was told "ok" every time I did, I assumed that he knew that I was being offered the SUV at that price; little did I know the game. The sales man should have been more honest and the managers that I was speaking with should have taken care of the situation, instead they stood behind him, basically telling me I was wrong. Ali even went as far as to tell me that I wouldn't have even spoken with him if he hadn't of done it that way, tricking me into thinking I was getting a good deal. I even saw that all of my paperwork was back dated a day, which i pointed out and had to resign all of my purchase paperwork. The only friendly staff there that day was the service department, which I have been working with for over 4 years on my previous toyota. When I left the sales man didn't even say congrats on my purchase, I left with a very VERY bad taste in my mouth. More
