All involved were very pleasant and patient in dealing with me and my 78 year old mother purchasing her Tacoma. During the purchase, my mother's insurance company balked at adding this vehicle to her i with me and my 78 year old mother purchasing her Tacoma. After very lengthy and tense conversation with 3 insurance agents we finally got my mothers company to add her truck to her policy. Ali was very helpful in facilitating this process. Jordyn was great in setting up the blue tooth in the truck to my mothers cell phone. Again, knowledgable and patient throughout the process, being clear and concise in her explanations of the technology to my mother. We needed to trade in our Honda mini-van and get a new one and stay at the same payment per month price. We tried looking into leasing mini-vans at several (6) different dealers in NH, NY and here in Verm one and stay at the same payment per month price. We tried looking into leasing mini-vans at several (6) different dealers in NH, NY and here in Vermont. None of the dealers could even come close to our desired payment with a mini-van that met our requirements. We had even tried Handy's and were still $60 off our desired monthly price point. Then they called back with a way we could get our mini-van with after market installs on features we wanted. They even arranged to have this done for us, which no other dealer I contacted was willing to do. In addition to going above and beyond getting our mini-van with the desired features for us, Handy gave us $4,000 more for our trade-in than any of the dealers we had contacted. This put our monthly payment at $15 less than we had hoped! JT was the salesman who worked with us and he answered all my calls and questions with expediency and professionalism. When I went to pick up my mini-van, he spent as much time as I wanted to go through all the many new features inside my van, walking me through how to use all the new technology. He was very thorough with going through all the van's warranties and owner's manuals. I have only owned Hondas for the past 16 years, but love my new Toyota. I think I have been converted to a Toyota fan and will only get my future vehicles from Handy because of the superior service and pricing they offered me with this new van. Thank you Handy's and JT! Should've come to you guys six mos. ago! Were WAY upside down, and pretty much broke on top, wanted Subaru but they couldn't get us anything we could afford. Your team did! Brand new Corolla! Love it! Thank you so much! This is a huge improvement over the mess we were in with the VW, which probably wouldn't still have been on the road by the time it was payed off. Only down side: really really wanted all wheel drive, but I guess you can't have everything when you have no money. Probably be back in a couple year when our other vehicle is payed off...Again, Thank you!
