Right from the start we received excellent customer service and treatment. You really feel like you are not only buying a quality vehicle, but that you are part of the Handy Toyota Family when you leave with your new car. We haven't tried the service department yet, but if they are as good as the sales staff we are going to be very happy and repeat customers. The staff treated us with dignity and respect and at no time did we feel pressured to buy or lease any particular car. We also felt the value we got for our trade-in vehicle was better than expected. We certainly didn't feel as though we were nickel and dimed to death, and there were no hidden charges in the end. From our perspective, Robert Mattison is the go-to guy if you want a car. I have a feeling though, that all the sales staff is equally good. Sam Farrah in the Finance Department was equally as good, guiding us through all the paperwork in a timely manner. It's a beautiful facility and am looking forward to spending our service wait time in their comfortable and spacious WIFI enabled waiting room.
