I was just exploring the idea of buying new and was curious as to what sort of trade I might make on my '04 Ford F-150 and what incentives Toyota was offering. I called the sales line for Handy Toyota and it was Terrance that took my call. I asked a few questions about the 2013 Tundras, which he seemed well acquainted with, and then he asked me if I was considering a cash deal or trade deal...I told him I wanted the ease and convenience of a dealer trade, but wanted a fair value for my trade in. I asked about incentives and current Toyota sales etc.etc. and we loosely agreed to follow up. Terrance called me once or twice when I was busy and I explained this was the case. I appreciate that he respected this, and allowed me the space to get back to him as I told him I would. I did not feel "pressured". I DID get back to Terrance, and Handy Toyota, and we made a good deal. I'm driving that 2013 Tundra and loving it! One more important note. This vehicle came through with a very slight FACTORY blemish on the bumper that this consumer may have NEVER noticed, but Terrance Sayers and the Handy sales team did. They ordered a new one for me so my new purchase is showroom perfect. Clearly this shows the Handy commitment to full customer satisfaction! More

I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Robert Mattison! I went to Handy Toyota "by accident" (I went to the wrong building) thinking I was going to test drive a used Toyota Corolla Sport Robert Mattison! I went to Handy Toyota "by accident" (I went to the wrong building) thinking I was going to test drive a used Toyota Corolla Sport. I was greated by Robert instantly and told him I was there to test drive the used car. He asked me if I was interested in a new car and I responded "Well, yes of course I do, but.......". Within minutes I was test driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla Sport. I fell in love with the car and the idea of having a NEW Corolla Sport! Still thinking it wasn't going to be possible to afford it, I handed the keys back to Robert. He explained to me how affordable leasing is and how it can work for me. Robert was never pushy - he gave me the information that I needed to make a decision. A few days later, I was in my red 2013 Corolla Sport w/ the bells and whistles that I wanted! Handy Toyota gave me an excellent trade-in value for my 2009 Corolla Sport. They made everything very easy and affordable. I was given a tour of the facilty, introduced to the staff - and felt right at home. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Mattison to anybody who is interested in a Toyota, in fact - I'll be sure to send business his way. I live closer to another dealership but I'll be going to Handy Toyota for all of my servicing needs. ps - I did get to test drive the used car ....but the new one stole my heart! More

I felt none of the "typical" high pressure sales pitching or rush to close a deal. when we had decided on what we wanted, the financial negotiations were quite reasonable and did not take long. Sam Farrar was extremely efficient with all the paperwork and we were driving away in our new Sienna quickly. I'm looking forward to a long-term relationship with Handy Toyota for service and future vehicles. More

My husband Tom and I just leased a new RAV4 from Handy Toyota working with Robert Mattison. Right from the start we received excellent customer service and treatment. You really feel like you are not only buying a quality vehicle, but that you are part of the Handy Toyota Family when you leave with your new car. We haven't tried the service department yet, but if they are as good as the sales staff we are going to be very happy and repeat customers. The staff treated us with dignity and respect and at no time did we feel pressured to buy or lease any particular car. We also felt the value we got for our trade-in vehicle was better than expected. We certainly didn't feel as though we were nickel and dimed to death, and there were no hidden charges in the end. From our perspective, Robert Mattison is the go-to guy if you want a car. I have a feeling though, that all the sales staff is equally good. Sam Farrah in the Finance Department was equally as good, guiding us through all the paperwork in a timely manner. It's a beautiful facility and am looking forward to spending our service wait time in their comfortable and spacious WIFI enabled waiting room. This place is all about service, quality, the customer, and making you feel welcome. Thanks Robert!! We love our new RAV4! More
