Patrick Bell, Joe Luneau and Kyle Palmer are always helpful and straightforward with information. Add to that their sense of humor and it is always nice to visit Handy. Ali Kamal is the only salesman I have ever encountered who does not push. Rather, he treats my husband and I as the careful buyers that we are. Manager Steve Courville is also straightforward and willing to explain everything from regional "trade-in" values to listing a car on Craig's list. I highly recommend the Handy crew for a no nonsense, predictable and reliable experience. More

Went in because I needed a truck for my hunting endeavors. Doug came out and greeted me in the lot, I didn't have to go find someone which is always a good sign. Once we had identified what I wanted we moved on to my trades as I had two. They were quick in accessing value and were pretty much spot on with NADA values. Doug also went out of his way and stayed a little late to accommodate my work schedule and the logistics of getting myself and my girlfriend in to sign the papers. He also made sure I was familiar with everything my new truck had to offer before I left the lot. Prices were dead on and or a little lower to what the Toyota site said. Very satisfied with my experience and will be going back for a new tundra when I get some bills paid down! More

We drove the vehicle and then sat down to negotiate the price and the offer that they put on the table was excellent, far better than their competitors. Anyone shopping for a Toyota in VT or NY should look at the other dealers, but end up at Handy. Their service department is also excellent and goes out of its way to help you. More

We were impressed with the extreme and accurate knowledge of the product that our salesman had. His communication skills were excellent. There was no undue pressure from him to buy a vehicle NOW. He took time to explain any questions that were asked with no indication of irritation or impatience on his part. There was great attention given to ensure a good sales experience. Again, there was no pressure; no urgency of the sale. We were given all the time we required to make a decision. They made us feel at ease during this whole process which entailed a mountain of paperwork, and also took the time to give us a ton of information about the many features of this high tech vehicle. He even stayed after hours for us. We appreciated that they respected the notion that buying a vehicle was a big step for us (anyone, for that matter), and gave us all the data we needed to make an informed decision. Everyone we dealt with went the extra mile for us. More
