We will certainly work with him again when our lease is up. The dealership itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. (including the bathroom!) Handy has many vehicles on their lot and there is no pressure from anyone if you just want to look around or test drive. We came to start a new lease, and wanted a vehicle in a color that they didn't have on the lot. They found the vehicle and color we wanted elsewhere and had it ready for us in a few days. In conclusion, I am 100% satisfied with Handy's service, personnel, and facility. I highly recommend doing business with them. More

I have previously owned a full size van and was looking for something smaller and more fuel efficient. When I saw the Prius V I was impressed with the spaciousness both for back seat passengers as well as for something smaller and more fuel efficient. When I saw the Prius V I was impressed with the spaciousness both for back seat passengers as well as cargo. I had looked at another dealer initially but was not able to get leather. I contacted Handy (Terrance) and found that there was one in stock which was less expensive than what I had been quoted else ware. I found Terrance to be very knowledgable on the features of the car and easy to work with. At the time of my visit it was unfortunate that he had to share his time between myself and another party. Also there was only one manager on site which slowed the transaction down considerably. Although Terrance does not have a great deal of experience I am confident that over time he will become more organized. He was conscience in his follow up after the sale and got all of the necessary documents from our insurance company. I have one suggestion that when he forgets something that he not use the comment "I guess I had a brain xx". This could be offensive to some. I would recommend both Handy and Terrance to others. I was just exploring the idea of buying new and was curious as to what sort of trade I might make on my '04 Ford F-150 and what incentives Toyota was offering. I called the sales line for Handy Toyota and it was Terrance that took my call. I asked a few questions about the 2013 Tundras, which he seemed well acquainted with, and then he asked me if I was considering a cash deal or trade deal...I told him I wanted the ease and convenience of a dealer trade, but wanted a fair value for my trade in. I asked about incentives and current Toyota sales etc.etc. and we loosely agreed to follow up. Terrance called me once or twice when I was busy and I explained this was the case. I appreciate that he respected this, and allowed me the space to get back to him as I told him I would. I did not feel "pressured". I DID get back to Terrance, and Handy Toyota, and we made a good deal. I'm driving that 2013 Tundra and loving it! One more important note. This vehicle came through with a very slight FACTORY blemish on the bumper that this consumer may have NEVER noticed, but Terrance Sayers and the Handy sales team did. They ordered a new one for me so my new purchase is showroom perfect. Clearly this shows the Handy commitment to full customer satisfaction! More

I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Robert Mattison! I went to Handy Toyota "by accident" (I went to the wrong building) thinking I was going to test drive a used Toyota Corolla Sport Robert Mattison! I was greated by Robert instantly and told him I was there to test drive the used car. He asked me if I was interested in a new car and I responded "Well, yes of course I do, but.......". Within minutes I was test driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla Sport. I fell in love with the car and the idea of having a NEW Corolla Sport! Still thinking it wasn't going to be possible to afford it, I handed the keys back to Robert. He explained to me how affordable leasing is and how it can work for me. Robert was never pushy - he gave me the information that I needed to make a decision. A few days later, I was in my red 2013 Corolla Sport w/ the bells and whistles that I wanted! Handy Toyota gave me an excellent trade-in value for my 2009 Corolla Sport. They made everything very easy and affordable. I was given a tour of the facilty, introduced to the staff - and felt right at home. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Mattison to anybody who is interested in a Toyota, in fact - I'll be sure to send business his way. I live closer to another dealership but I'll be going to Handy Toyota for all of my servicing needs. ps - I did get to test drive the used car ....but the new one stole my heart! More
