Excellent experience Purchased used Toyota Tacoma from Nick Plouffe at Handy's. Saw the truck online after searching many sites. Definitely not a local dealership for me a Purchased used Toyota Tacoma from Nick Plouffe at Handy's. Saw the truck online after searching many sites. Definitely not a local dealership for me as I live over 2 hours away, but it couldn't have been much easier. Nick was able to answer all my questions beforehand over the phone and sent me videos of trucks features when I asked for more details. I felt comfortable knowing what to expect when I arrived. Everything was in order, the truck looked better than I hoped. Nick had it ready for a test drive, we drove it in different traffic conditions and then he had it washed again before leaving. Brent made the paperwork process as painless as possible and was helpful in explaining all the particulars. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone. More

He was too busy with another customer to finish up with me apparently. He was not even going to transfer plates, had to ask him to do it. Then Asked for the second key and was told it was at the "other store". A couple of days later called the "other store" to find out when we could pick it up only to be told there is no second key or remote. But of course we can buy a spare key and remote for another $130.00. They will get my $130.00 but I will never buy another vehicle there. More
