Amazing experience. I have been searching for a used SUV with AWD for months now and I found a used RAV4 on CarGuru.com. I contacted Handy Toyota Downtown to confirm that I have been searching for a used SUV with AWD for months now and I found a used RAV4 on CarGuru.com. I contacted Handy Toyota Downtown to confirm that the 2011 RAV4 was still available. I spoke with Mike on the phone and explained that I live 3 hours away. I explained to him that I was very much interested in the car but was worried about driving 3 hours and wasting my time. Mike was very helpful and made me a YouTube video showing me the whole car and proving that the underneath was not badly rusted. I was so grateful for the video because it made me feel better about driving 3 hours. Also, I am a 22 year old women and I have dealt with many jerks at car dealership. This was not the case with Mike, because he was very polite and didn't pressure me into anything. He talked to me like I was an adult which was very different from my past experiences working with car salesman. I arrived at the dealership and the car was already running and ready to go. Mike waited patiently for my Dad and I to take turns test driving the SUV. The RAV4 was amazing and we decided to get it. Our great experience didn't stop there though!! While we were financing we worked with Oliver, who was also very pleasant to work with. This was the easiest car purchase my family has ever made. They even washed and waxed the car for me before leaving!! I will definitely be purchasing my future vehicles from Handy's Downtown! More
