What a great team Handy Toyota has, period! Went in for an oil change, 3 hours later we drove home in a new Highlander! Our story: Had an appointment for an oil change. Only 2 lease payments left on our Venza which the Mrs. really loved, so wondering which 'replacement' vehicle might fit our needs, we decided to go kick the tires in the show room and within minutes we were working with Zak to scope things out. He drew up a 'good number' for us and quickly, quietly, and efficiently guided us and 'our cars' through the 'exchange' process. Smooth! Jaime made the finance process a breeze, and when we were done, Zak had already transferred the plates and our belongings to the new vehicle. It was a Saturday, and the dealership was quite busy, and we were back on the road in just 3 short hours. Just great customer service all around!! This is our 4th Toyota with Handy, we've been with them for 9 years now and each has been a exceptionally pleasant car-buying experience. Great service team as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
