Handy Toyota. Overall experience very good as always. Tom Young was great, but on this day the support staff let him down on delivering the new vehicle we leased. Overall experience very good as always. Tom Young was great, but on this day the support staff let him down on delivering the new vehicle we leased. Contrary to the delivery checklist, the battery had not been checked and actually died as we were taking delivery. After waiting hours for the car to be ready for us to drive off, there were still part number stickers inside the car that had not been removed and the box that contained the roof rack was still in the rear of the vehicle waiting to be installed. I don't know what the kids were doing as we waited all afternoon, but working on cleaning our new car wasn't one of them. Anyway, this is the 3rd car we've leased from Tom and would not hesitate to recommend him or Handy Toyota. Might want to talk to those kids in the back though. just sayin. More

After a couple of trips to the dealership, we finally decided on the Rav4 LE Sport and, the staff was able to pull off the lease exchange in the same day. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and it was hard to give up the mid-size car that we had but I'm glad we did. More
