The reason for this is simple, the people who own and work at the Handy dealerships are great and that is who you deal with on a regular basis. You can buy a vehicle anywhere, but the people make the difference. I have never had a bad or questionable experience with this dealership family and will of course buy again when it is time... These guys were fantastic in their approach. I never felt pressured, and was given all the time I needed to finally make the decision. They were able to work with me to find a Tacoma that was going to felt pressured, and was given all the time I needed to finally make the decision. They were able to work with me to find a Tacoma that was going to fit what I wanted to spend, and in the end I was really happy with the truck I took home. Before leaving, I was given a tour of the building and introduced to the service staff. And, since it's VT, they have a great DRIVE-IN service area, no need to get out in the cold weather. Looking forward to work with these guys again. Two thumbs up, all around. More

Almost neglected to post a review due to negligence on my part! As a three time customer at Handy Toyota now, I have become spoiled by the attention and special care given to all their customers. I guess you could say I have taken it all a bit for granted, EXCEPT for the fact that we are a 5 hour drive from them and we wouldn't buy anywhere else. Customer loyalty extends both ways in maintaining a good relationship. We are not ones who price around and deal with whomever may bid the lowest. We get a fair price, a fair deal and excellent treatment at Handy, with no wandering around trying to undercut the previous dealer. We began this relationship, originally, online with Kyle Ward, who didn't know us, yet gave his time and commitment to providing us with information on what we wanted, even from the distance we have between us. We then became Handy customers and Kyle is our Handy salesman, whenever we are ready to buy a vehicle. More
I was in the market for a new pick-up so I went online and I ended up at Handys Toyata. The prices were competitive so I gave them a call and I talked to Kyle Ward. I have dealt with many car salesman through the years and I found that Kyle was not pushy, arrogant, nor in a hurry to make a sale. He listened to what we wanted we checked out a Toyota Tacoma with the smaller back seats. At this time, my wife and I decide that we really needed to have a bigger back seat. Kyle was able to show us another model with the bigger back seat and we were sold! Unfortunately, the vehicle was sold so he intern found us another model that was to our liking as well. Kyle is a 100% Professional Salesman. We appreciate all of his time, effort and attitude in satisfying us with this purchase agreement at Handy's Toyota. Doug was very helpful and informative in regards to any questions that I had about the vehicle that I purchased. Doug also assisted me once I bought the Toyota Tundra with setting up the hands free phone questions that I had about the vehicle that I purchased. Doug also assisted me once I bought the Toyota Tundra with setting up the hands free phone which would have taken me hours to figure out. Doug explain all the options and buttons in the Tundra which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Doug Jacques if you are thinking about purchasing a new Toyota vehicle. Thanks DOUG!!!!! More
Handy's Toyota lied to me outright and told me no one smoked in the Toyota Corolla used car I bought, which I had questioned because I saw cigarette burns on the upholstery and mentioned this to them whe smoked in the Toyota Corolla used car I bought, which I had questioned because I saw cigarette burns on the upholstery and mentioned this to them when initially looking at the car. Also they had sprayed it with something smelly cover it up, which I also mentioned to the sales guy. A month or two later the smelly stuff wore off and the car smelled like cigarettes. I brought the car back and told them they needed to fix the problem. They actually accused me or Andrew of smoking in the car and pointed to the cigarette burns and said we did it. I went off on them and said I don't smoke and I can't stand the smell and my husband is not a closet smoker either. Also onto bigger issues, my transmission went out at 99,000 miles on my Corrolla literally one month after I paid it off. Here is the quotes we got on a rebuilds. Barry's Tranmissions: Worse case scenario is $2,500 for a rebuild/ Free tow and 1 year warranty Heritage Toyota Rebuild $3,400. 1 year warranty Handy's Toyota (St. Albans) Rebuild $4998.86!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DOUBLE My friend just informed me she had three transmissions fail from Handy's Toyota them before they even paid the car off. Clearly you don't have to be a genius to know that Handy's is unethical. More

The sales consultant that we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. After listening to what we were looking for in a vehicle, Mr. Jacques was able to select a truck tha professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly.
