Very inexperienced sales person We purchased a 2014 Venza paid cash, she didn't know who we made the bank check out to...She sold us a car with 15 miles on it and when we got into th We purchased a 2014 Venza paid cash, she didn't know who we made the bank check out to...She sold us a car with 15 miles on it and when we got into the car to leave we realized it had 1209 miles, when I returned to question this discrepancy she said it made no difference, a passing sales fellow said it did make a difference so the paperwork was changed for us, and we were told it was a demo, we were under the impression that this was a new car..very disappointed in the overall process it took almost 4 hours to do the transaction that is ridicules. It doesn't matter if we recommend this dealership or not, they are the only one in our area. More

Service experience was excellent I have a Toyota Prius and my hybrid battery was failing. I called for an appointment and was lucky enough to speak with Nate Richard. He was very reassuring and made me feel at ease with something so major going wrong with my vehicle. Because the battery needed to be ordered and would take a day to install (3-4 days) meant I would be without a car. Nate made sure I had a vehicle in the interim so I could get to work in Burlington. I also commend Nate in his efficiency. He had everything ready for me when I came into the service department each time. His customer service is outstanding. On another note I found the Service Department clean and bright, and if I had to wait the area to sit is also very nice. More

Check-in was quick and painless and Kyle was great in explaining everything to us. Nate in service was also great with us and was honest in letting us know other minor repairs they found my car needed. Despite having to wait an extra couple of hours than expected, Nate was great in continuously updating my Dad and I on the status of my vehicle. I have been thus far very satisfied with Handy Toyota, thank you all for being outstanding and meeting my needs. More
