Service experience was excellent I have a Toyota Prius and my hybrid battery was failing. I called for an appointment and was lucky enough to speak with Nate Richard. He was very reassuring and made me feel at ease with something so major going wrong with my vehicle. Because the battery needed to be ordered and would take a day to install (3-4 days) meant I would be without a car. Nate made sure I had a vehicle in the interim so I could get to work in Burlington. I also commend Nate in his efficiency. He had everything ready for me when I came into the service department each time. His customer service is outstanding. On another note I found the Service Department clean and bright, and if I had to wait the area to sit is also very nice. More

Check-in was quick and painless and Kyle was great in explaining everything to us. Nate in service was also great with us and was honest in letting us know other minor repairs they found my car needed. Despite having to wait an extra couple of hours than expected, Nate was great in continuously updating my Dad and I on the status of my vehicle. I have been thus far very satisfied with Handy Toyota, thank you all for being outstanding and meeting my needs. More

Have never had better Customer Service or having our vehicles serviced. Ali Kamal is the best. He has made sure we are happy with what we are buying and doesn't pressure us. We tell him what we want and he gets it. All 12 vehicles have been purchased from Ali Kamal. He always follows up with us in a couple of days after the sale to make sure everything is going great. I knew how other dealers worked and didn't want to get forced into buying a new vehicle if I didn't want it. This wasn't the case. This is were I met Ali, a very nice and very knowledgeable man. He made buying a vehicle easy. He was friendly and explained everything to me. I ended up buying a brand new camry from him. This was in August. Since then I have been back to buy 2 more vehicles from him and my parents bought one from him as well. Everyone at this dealership is kind and wants to make your car buying experience well remembered. I will and have recommended this place to people. I dealt directly with Ali, Sam Farrar and Reggie and they all get a A+ in my book. Great job guys! You have a customer for life now! More

not the best, but they worked to make up for it. I worked with a saleman through emails/online for a few days before I decided to go up and test drive the vehicle. When I went ot the dealership, the salesperson that I was working with was out....no big deal. I was given to another salesperson who, to say the least, was less than helpful. Not only that, the place is full of 20 somethings who are too busy looking at their cell phones and youtube videos to help anyone. The salesperson didn't know the answers to most of my questions and the test drive was really just a formality to see if I wanted a newer 4runner. They completed the deal and I was offered to have my car delivered at my home/work as it was late in the afternoon and they didn't have time to clean the vehicle, which was fine. I traded in my 08 4runner to Handy's on October 1st and took delivery of a 14 4runner at the same time. Gave them a check for the downpayment and signed all the paperwork. Today is October 14th, and my bank has still not rec'd a check for the loan on the vehicle that I traded into them on the 1st, but they rushed to the bank to cash the check that I gave them that cleared on the 3rd of October. When I questioned them on October 9th about sending a check to the bank, they tell me that they sent it last week, but then send me a confirmation of the check from October 7th.....which is two days prior, not last week. I contacted the dealership and they went over to the bank and made the payment in person. Overall, this has not been the best experience, but they tried to fix the problems. . The one positive that I had was my interaction with Jordyn when it came to purchasing a warranty. Even though I did not purchase an extended warranty, she was helpful and very friendly. Overall, this has not been the best experience when buying a new car, but they at least responded to emails and tried to fix the problems that I brought to their attention. More
