First time buyer As a woman, I hate car buying, but this experience was different. Internet car listing caught my eye and on a whim went to Handy Toyota. I was lis As a woman, I hate car buying, but this experience was different. Internet car listing caught my eye and on a whim went to Handy Toyota. I was listened to and treated respectfully. Salesperson Connor, did an outstanding job handling information and clarifying questions. Car of interest was a pre-owned 2012, and he never tried to shift the discussion to other cars. He handled questions competently without a "sell job" which would have driven me out of the showroom. Two test drives and 3 hrs later, we drove out owning the car. The car was priced fairly. The trade-in amount offered served to cement the deal. Was prepared to pay cash but the financing package offered was too good a deal to pass up and my money stays in the bank. Recommendation: Come prepared to discuss extended warrantee if buying pre-owned car. I was thrown by the question, not having given it any thought before the purchase. I declined it and then did research the next day with AAA and friends in the know. The advice was unanimous that some kind of extended warrantee is worth the money. When I called to reverse my decision, was met with understanding and good cheer despite causing more paperwork for Jaimie, the business manager. Tomorrow is a Sunday, but he lives in my neighborhood and offered to drop by to bring paperwork to sign!! I'm a satisfied customer. More

I just purchased a 2015 Tundra from Handy's and am very pleased with the truck and the service I received at Handy's. I keep going back there because the people are great, the service is excellent and professional. The quality of the vehicle is excellent. Their new facilities are really nice and convenient. They have a first class operation that cannot be beat! As long as I am able to drive I will be going back there for more. More

Doug is super friendly and patient. I know I am not average buying a vehicle to make my 4 dogs happy before my own comfort. The Highlander makes the whole family happy! We have been nothing but satisfied with our Toyotas in the past which is why we didn't hesitate to shop for a Toyota again. Thank you for such a great product at an affordable price.
