Awesome Customer Service I was hesitant about a car purchase from my last experience at Berlin City so 1st that had to be overcome. I inquired about a car at Toyota.com. 2 day I was hesitant about a car purchase from my last experience at Berlin City so 1st that had to be overcome. I inquired about a car at Toyota.com. 2 days later we decided to drive and see what was on the lot. After returning home we discovered there was a video addressed to me on the Handy's Youtube video channel with the car I had built online... Terrance is the salesman in the video and he did a great job showing the car in the video. Unfortunately for him we already had our sales guy who comes highly recommended... Tom Young. I stopped and inquired about the vehicle and lets just say Tom knocked this one out the park!!! Within a few hrs I was approved for my loan, got a great trade in value for my vehicle, he matched an offer from another dealer for a cash back option which was another $250 on top of what they were offering for cash back and I got 0.9 APR for the March Madness Special...:) Delivery of the car was just as smooth. The staff was very friendly and not hesitant to say call if you need anything. Thanks to everyone at Handy's for making this a great experience and not an overwhelming one!! More

Thanks Taylor and Oliver I recently purchased a used car from Handy in St. Albans. They had a good selection of clean used vehicles, their prices were better than what I coul I recently purchased a used car from Handy in St. Albans. They had a good selection of clean used vehicles, their prices were better than what I could find in the Burlington area, and they were willing to bargain fairly on price. I called to set up a time for a test drive, Taylor had the car waiting for me when I got there. I was very happy with the car, so I went forward with the deal. They were straight forward on their parameters for the deal, and we were able to close on it in less than an hour. Oliver, the sales manager, went out of his way to work through the paperwork with me, the process was very efficient and painless. This was a good car buying experience for me, I felt Handy dealt with me fairly. It was well worth the trip from Burlington for me to purchase this car. More

Best customer service I've every seen I have to say, this is the best customer service experience I have ever been a part of. Handy Toyota went above and beyond for us. They were open, honest, and willing to work with our needs. I honestly was amazed at everything they did for us. We traded two of our cars in for a Toyota Tundra and was amazed at the level of engagement and attentiveness they provided us. We fell in love with our truck and we were so impressed with their service, we contacted them less than 24 hours later to trade in our other car for a new RAV4 -Great deal -Great customer service -Great experience I know for a fact this is the only dealership we will be working with in the future. Thank you to Ali and Kyle Ward for you hard work and expertise in the customer experience. Patrick from service was incredibly nice and discussed what happens after we leave the lot, which was extremely helpful.
