Loved the clean bathroom I drove up from Williston. When I arrived the first thing I needed was a bathroom. The bathroom was clean and smelled of disinfectant: A good first im I drove up from Williston. When I arrived the first thing I needed was a bathroom. The bathroom was clean and smelled of disinfectant: A good first impression! This might seem silly, but I have this thing about clean bathrooms. I asked for a sales associate and was introduced to Jason Underwood. Jason and I hit if off right away there was good chemistry between us. I proceed to tell him my story. I came looking at two pre-owned, I believe there referred to as certified, a Carolla and a Rav4. Jason and I test drove both silver certified pre-owned. I was impressed with the Carolla, not so the 2011 Rav4. Jason, doing his job, produced a key to a new 2015 Ravr4 LE AWD and asked if I wanted to take it for a drive. It was silver, which is what I wanted, with black trim. A real beauty! Five hours later I was on my way back to Williston in my new Rav4. Saying good by to my 2007 Saturn. Jason led me through the process of completing the sale, introduced me to the Service manager, who gave me a free travel mug, introduced me to the Business manager, who was a big help when it came to the finial decision of which option to proceed with. I am very pleased with the deal and impressed with the Handy Team. I will miss my Saturn we had history together. I look forward to the long road ahead with my new Rav4. Loved the clean bathroom. Our experiences buying Toyotas from our home town dealer were always somewhat disappointing in that we had to work very hard to get straight answers a Our experiences buying Toyotas from our home town dealer were always somewhat disappointing in that we had to work very hard to get straight answers and a fair deal as well as endure very hard up-selling of ancillary services and items. None of that happened at Handy. Were were given straight facts by Wade all the through the process, which was efficient and, I am happy to say, short. And some of those facts were in direct contradiction to what we had heard at our first stop. We will be back at Handy for a truck next year and won't be shopping dealers. More
