I went looking for a new RAV4 as my 2003 RAV 4 had 265,000 miles on it and thought it was time to explore a newer model. I loved my 2003 RAV and was sooo dependable. When I walked into Handy Toyota in St. Albans, VT, I had the best experience. I was looking for certain add-ons but still wanted the dependable RAV4. Thanks to Wade McDonald, Sam, and Jaime Longway, I drove away in the most awesome Certified Used vehicle and I just love it ! This team also found me the very best $$ deal available and they actually listened to me when I stated my bottom line. No pressure at all, no push to sell me the car. I felt they genuinely wanted me to purchase the best car with the best package at an affordable rate. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and make the drive there if you live further away. WADE MCDONALD worked on several options on the lease financing giving us a number of choices that fit best for us. he gave us a tour of your facility which we were in awe of. WADE's easy outgoing personality and knowledge of toyotas made our visit interesting, informative and pleasant. we then spent time with JAIME LONGWAY who went over options concerning care care and maintenance add ons that would eventually be to our better interest down the road. either if we kept it or returned it to handy toyota. he suggested some that would be beneficial that we opted for. the service dept manager was pleasant and courteous and being able to have service available on saturdays is a real convenience that other dealers don't do. on a scale of 1-10 (ten the best) christine and i would rate our experience with handy toyota A TEN! we'll look forward to returning for our first service. thanks, christine and art leonard, bakersfield vt.
