I searched a lot of dealer's inventories online and submitted requests for quotes from quite a few and Handy Toyota offered the best price. I told him about the online quote, and he indicated that Handy strives to offer the best price right from the start. He followed up with a phone a call a couple of days later, and at no time was there any pressure to buy. When I was ready to make my purchase, I called Doug to let him know I was planning on coming in the next day, and the deal was made. This was a Saturday, and my wife and I returned on Monday to take delivery of our new Tacoma. Once again Doug was very accommodating and squeezed us into his schedule to make it happen. He did a great job of giving us the overview of the vehicle before we left and made sure we had no questions before leaving. With some bad experiences in the past 7 years trying to deal with this Dealership I vowed not to go back. Until a coworker of my mine, who has always dealt with the same sales consultant, recommended someo deal with this Dealership I vowed not to go back. With my lease coming to an end, I took my friend's advice and went back to the Handy Toyota dealership to see Ali Kamal. I was completely satisfied with how I was treated by Mr. Kamal and felt as if he was truly working with me to leave me feeling happy with my purchase. Needless to say that I did in fact lease once again a Toyota, and this time it was from the Handy Toyota dealership.
