I contacted the dealership via email first. They responded quickly. I then phoned to inquire about the availability of the vehicle because it was a two hour drive one way to test drive it. 30 years of dealing with Handy's. Many ok experiences, but way too many negatives over the years. I had lost a valve stem cap (the little cap that screws on to the valve stem where you fill your tire with air). I asked my wife to ask Handy's to replace the valve stem cap. They replaced it, and charged me the minimum labor charge of 15 minutes to replace it. Please understand that the service required that tire pressures be checked. By my reckoning, I saved them time by not having them have to remove that cap. But they charged me that .25 hour minimum labor charge. I know, hard to believe. I have more stories if anyone is interested. Always good to start at the beginning, in my view. More

We had the best experience with Matt Artus. My dad I were searching for a Chevy Equinox similar to mine for my mom. We had our eyes on the one we wanted and Matt made the entire experience so so efficient an searching for a Chevy Equinox similar to mine for my mom. Handy Chevrolet has proven once again to be the best choice in Vermont. It was NOTHING like the pandemic car buying horror stories you read about. I got a screaming deal on a 2021 Blazer Lt-2 that I would not have been able to anticipate just by internet research. I had to talk to them. Turns out, I got a much more generous trade-in for my 2019 Colorado that I could have expected. They found a series of discounts I never knew I could get. They made this vehicle very affordable, especially considering the MSRP was originally several thousand more than I was planning on spending. I got the LT-2 V6, because Chevrolet no longer makes a v6 or 2.0 turbo equinox. I was not disappointed. It’s a powerful, quick, agile, quiet and comfortable crossover that will make my commutes much easier. The LT-2 is well equipped and can run in FWD or AWD modes. The staff made sure my phone was paired and all questions were answered. I give Handy and Matt Artus 5/5 stars for such a great sales experience! Top recommendation!
