We were in the market for a SUV and decided on the 22 Crosstrek Limited in part on price and resale value as well as reliability. We gave two dealers a opportunity to earn our business and Thomas Batie o Crosstrek Limited in part on price and resale value as well as reliability. We gave two dealers a opportunity to earn our business and Thomas Batie our sales rep went to above and beyond for us to beat the other deal by $750.00. We are from N Fl and I flew dwn to take delivery and Thomas was on time to pick me up at the airport and get back to the dealership for me to take delivery. We ran into a issue as there was a small ding and scratch that took place while detailing the car for delivery and thank goodness we came up with a solution to fix the issue. I met with Sean Kelley the General Sales Mgr and along with Thomas they put me in a loaner to drive home as I live 3 hrs from the dealership so they could put it in their body shop to fix the issues and would then drive the vehicle to me when completed to deliver and swap out the loaner. They executed the plan flawlessly and delivered it fixed to factory specs. I cant thank Thomas and Sean enough they were AWESOME!!! We name all our cars and our SUV daughter Scarlett is home and a part of the family her color is pure RED lol. We will give these gentlemen an opportunity to earn our business in any future auto needs as well as referring family/friends as well... More
My husband and I just bought a new 2022 Subaru crosstrek which we absolutely love. It took several weeks to get shipped here and they kept me informed every step of the way. A big shout out to Matt Toney an which we absolutely love. It took several weeks to get shipped here and they kept me informed every step of the way. A big shout out to Matt Toney and Mitchell Jackson my 2 salesmen as well as Justin one of the managers and Bob in finance. I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel welcome. They got me the deal I wanted at a price I was comfortable with and even threw in some added accessories for me. I never felt pressured like I had at dealerships in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Had a fantastic experience with the team here. Wanted to specifically mention Brian McWhite our sales rep. He was great! Really gave us all of his time and attention. He was very knowledgeable abo Wanted to specifically mention Brian McWhite our sales rep. He was great! Really gave us all of his time and attention. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and was more than willing to share it all. He took his time with us and wasn’t the least bit pushy. He was also very easy to reach during my hectic schedule. I also wanted to shout out to Sean Kelly the Sales Manager. He did a great job of working with me on the numbers and financing of my vehicle. Working with these individuals made it feel like they weren’t there to make money or sell me a car but rather just to help me get where I wanted to be. Thank you both. More
I bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek in November of 2021 from Hanania SubaruofOrangePark. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a dealership. Several employees got involved throughout the process. They were aware I'd recently suffered from a concussion and loss of sight in one eye. My transportation to the dealership an hr from home had to leave so poor decisions occurred. I felt like prey to a pack of wild dogs. After recovering my sight I saw dents, scratches all over the vehicle, missing cargo cover, and no rear passenger headrest in place. After contacting Hanania I was told by the manager the previous owner brought in the missing headrest and cargo cover. The day I stopped in, these items had been "thrown away". After informing them I was on my way to trade in this Crosstrek 3 employees asked the same question 5 to 6 different tmes, "which dealer". An hour later I'm walking to my car and once again I get stopped by the manager & some other office guy. "How can we fix this?" My response? "You can't". I highly recommend anyone who's handicapped or vulnerable... do NOT go to Hanania alone or with your wallet. More
My elderly father went in to this dealership to buy a Forrester from them. They talked him into leaving a $500 non-refundable deposit for a TERRIBLE deal. I KNOW my dad was clear about his needs, but the Forrester from them. They talked him into leaving a $500 non-refundable deposit for a TERRIBLE deal. I KNOW my dad was clear about his needs, but they tried to sell him something WELL out of his needs. They even added a super bloated package and charged double the factory price for a trailer hitch. I called them and tried to get an OTD quote for a more appropriate vehicle. I clearly stated that I did not want the bloated "Hanania Promise" package... they STILL added a $600 package. Even with an extended warranty, the dealership across town gave a better deal with way more amenities than the crappy one they gave to my father. I called to see if I could get a price match and heard nothing back. My parents are on a fixed income, and I am super pissed about the $500 they lost to these folks. What a way to treat elderly veterans. THANK GOD I CAME HOME. Seriously, what the heck, Hanania? More
We bought a 2015 Forester from this dealership in June and had a good experience and sweet salesgirl Chloe. Our mechanic graciously said he would look the car over for us after we bought to see if he saw any potential problems. With the car up on the racks, he showed me that the struts were leaking and the rotors were going to need to be replaced soon! The whole underside was coated with clay, as the previous owners had evidently lived on a clay road and so worn out the struts… and the dealership sold the car to us like this! We had to pay $1700 to get the struts replaced. Haven’t gotten the rotors replaced yet so not sure how much that is going to cost us. Two weeks ago the window on the driver’s side went out and that will cost us $500 to fix, then last week the AC quit working so we will have to get that repaired! We are very disappointed in this car! I know some things cannot be predicted but surely someone could’ve checked the rotors and the struts! We paid $16,000 for this car and now we are having to put a lot more money into it to get it fixed. We could not with a clear conscience recommend this dealership to others. More

This company has got a true salesman and up the chain who helped put this deal together. Thank you guys for making this a smooth transition More
Ashely Steadman and Andrew Newisiacheny are the best people in the automobile dealership industry. They made the impossible possible for me. Saturday, July 17, 2021 I drove off with a beautiful, gorgeo people in the automobile dealership industry. They made the impossible possible for me. Saturday, July 17, 2021 I drove off with a beautiful, gorgeous Subaru Forester Premium from Hanania Subaru of Orange Park Orange Park FL. This was right in the dead center of severe new car shortage when the car automobile sales skyrocketed immediately after COVID-19. I had searched for this particular vehicle in six states Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and no one, absolutely no one had this vehicle for several months. Ashley Steadman and Andrew Neswiacheny stood by me for almost 60 days literally. They just kept searching for the perfect car at the best possible price. Each time they'll have a car ready and before I could even make a deposit on it; it will be sold but finally they made it happen. It was literally a quadruple marathon of text messages and emails between the three of us back and forth sometimes tons of text messages on a single day. They gave me the deal of a lifetime and they really, really, really worked extremely hard to make the deal happen and find the perfect vehicle. I have dealt with so many car dealers and I've never once ever even heard of a car dealer much less dealt with one who is so extremely conscientious, customer centric and determined to please the customers and find them the best possible deal at the best possible price. Do not go anywhere else to buy a car. Talk to Ashley Stedman and Andrew Neswiacheny at Subaru of Orange Park FL. Ashley Stedman and Andrew Neswiacheny are so amazing that I sincerely hope and pray that they open their own dealership one day. Thank you so very much Ashley and Andrew. You guys are absolutely the best in the industry. More
this was the single worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership! They essentially held me a hostage, to try and force me to buy a used car with over 60k miles on it! For $30,000! I went in around a car dealership! They essentially held me a hostage, to try and force me to buy a used car with over 60k miles on it! For $30,000! I went in around noon, purely to look at a Subaru. Not to buy that day. I had never driven one. I was was curious. I was considering buying a new car that month. But I had no intention of buying one that day. However, the dealer decided, (perhaps because I am a young woman) that he wasn't letting me leave without buying a car. After a test drive, I allowed his manager to drive my car to see what they'd pay for it (they offered me far less than id get if I crashed i just sold it for parts). They did not give me the keys back until 4 hours later, when I finally convinced them to let me leave. The estimates for what the car would cost and what they'd pay for my 4 year old car were insulting (it truly seemed like a joke). Once I got the offer, I was ready to leave. So I politely thanked them for their time and said I was leaving. I explained (to be polite) that I wasn't ready to make a decision that day and Id like to talk to my bank and wife. Thats when they became aggressive. He insisted that I let them do a credit check and call banks for me. I said no over and over. I was told I wasnt capable of negotiating with a bank as well as they could. I had to say no over and over again. It was sweltering. I was hungry. I had other things to do. I felt bullied. I wanted to leave. Every time I said no and that i had to leave, a new manager would come in and stand over me aggressively, trying to get me to to take that horrible deal. They then said I could go if I left a $500 non-refundable deposit. Of course, I said no. I finally got my keys back after swearing id return the next day. It felt like I was being held hostage. This was purely abusive. If they'd let me leave when I first tried, I very likely might have overlooked the insulting first offer, and come back. I liked the car. I would like to buy one. But not from this dealership. Not after being abused and held hostage. If they had simply let me leave when I asked , I would have probably talked to my wife, moved some money around, and then returned to make a reasonable offer, in cash. Perhaps some of the dealers are better than others at this place. But the one's we dealt with were horrible. More
