They consistently tell you a length of time that your car will be in repair that is FAR LESS than the time it actually takes. Three dissapointments with our service: 1) they had to order replacement parts (door edge cards) but the order dissappeared. And we were never called. So they were reordered again, still we were not cal order replacement parts (door edge cards) but the order dissappeared. And we were never called.
