My WRX Hatch Experience I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean Kelley. This guy was awesome. He immediately called me after I put in my request for info on TrueCar for this I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean Kelley. This guy was awesome. He immediately called me after I put in my request for info on TrueCar for this particular vehicle. He had the car ready for me as soon as I got there. He's super personable and had a great knowledge of the car. After I told him this was the one we did the paper quick (unlike most dealerships I've been to in the past). Then we got with Bob the finance guy. He was great too. He didn't xx me with all the extra stuff and warranties. He also pointed me to my best finance options and calculated how much I'd end up paying in the end versus just showing my the lowest monthly payment. After that he also got through the paperwork very fast. I even had an issue with my current tag so they got me a dealer tag to drive it home that night so I can get to to the DMV. Just super awesome and friendly guys that want to keep people in Subarus (cause who doesn't love a Subaru). More

Worst service center ever. Let me start by saying I am a Subaru Ambassador who promotes the goodness of Subaru. ( as of 3 days later I am no longer an ambassador, and removed fo Let me start by saying I am a Subaru Ambassador who promotes the goodness of Subaru. ( as of 3 days later I am no longer an ambassador, and removed for trying to help others not get screwed by this specific dealer) DONT SWEEP CONSUMER COMLAINTS UNDER THE RUG!!! Makes you seem more shady... I'm only dealing with Subaru of Jacksonville from now on. This service center is BY FAR the worst of any dealership I've ever experienced, and I believe they are a bad representation of the brand in general. My sister has been having the common oil consumption issue with 2.5i foresters and outbacks which currently has a class action lawsuit. She has been to this dealership many times and have dealt with Charles the service manager and Vandy the head mechanic who confirmed she has a consumption issue, but failed to document properly. 6 more oil changes later, making it to about 1000 miles before the oil light comes back on each time, they still haven't documented that they they have done a consumption test after verbally informing her that they did, and that her engine will need to be replaced. Once again, verbal, not documented. Subaru of America has been notified. Besides my sisters issue, I had my oil changed and tires rotated at this dealership, and they forgot to torque down the lugs on one of my wheels. Missing 2 lugs and a wobbly tire and screwed up alignment on my 17 sti, which I had fixed by another dealer. I will never trust this dealership again. I'm aware that if that have done this to me and my family, why wouldn't they do it to all! By the way, Melodee called my sister a liar to her face. We have the paperwork of all work that has been done and how many visits we have been back. Never again. Charles is nice and respectful, I wish he could be at a different place so he doesn't have to have his name tarnished with the rest of these people. More
