HORRIFIC STAY AWAY I purchased a 2016 Maserati Ghibli here at fiat of orange park Fl as a certified pre owned car with 4k miles after a year or so I decided to up grade I purchased a 2016 Maserati Ghibli here at fiat of orange park Fl as a certified pre owned car with 4k miles after a year or so I decided to up grade so I put the car on the market to sell after finding a buyer he runs the Carfax and it comes back the car was in a major crash (yes I ran a Carfax prior to the purchase) I returned to the dealer and spoke with Adrian Livescu 'Exec Gen Man' who informed me that they purchase cars from auctions repair them and sell to the general public I purchased the car on May 10, 2017 in good faith the car was in an accident on Sept 1, 2016 orange park fiat didn't report the accident until May 9, 2018 . With that said stay away from this dealership I am currently preparing litigations against this dealer, Jacksonville is a great city we don't need con artist dealerships like this in the city . Sales representative (JB) assured me my new car had the equipment that I was requesting. Also spoke with manager (Eddie) and was again assured it had the equipment. After purchasing the vehicle I found tha equipment that I was requesting. Also spoke with manager (Eddie) and was again assured it had the equipment. After purchasing the vehicle I found that it really didn't have any of the promised equipment. Called the sales representative (JB) and expressed my concerns and he referred me to manager Eddie. To date I've left 4 messages for Eddie and his manager and can not get a return call. will definitely not purchase any from this dealership again. I've owed 4 Mitsubishi vehicles in the past but this will be the last one. More
Top notch dealership! Working with Chris and Justin was a very good experience. We negotiated the deal before we traveled 2 hours away. Outstanding experience!! Christopher Blackburn went out of his way to make this an awesome experience. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT Called to send an Outlander there for a key to be cut, was told that we could drop it off without scheduling an appointment. After calling multiple times for multiple days for an update on the car, it was FINALLY found. Then, when we asked what the status was they couldn't give us an answer. After about 3 weeks, they finally said that it needed a battery before they could cut the key. After a week or so of going back and forth about a battery, the key was finally cut. We called and paid for it over the phone and received a receipt via email, so we sent a transporter over there. When they got there, they wouldn't release it as they said it wasn't paid for. I then called to talk to someone to advise that I had a receipt in my hand for the work that was done, and was cut off by the employee MULTIPLE times!! VERY VERY RUDE AND VERY UNFRIENDLY! I regret sending this car to OP Mitsubishi and will not be sending any other unit there for service. More

Service Fiasco The dealership has gone downhill since it first opened, not really sure what happened. Brought my car in as the service engine light was on, was told The dealership has gone downhill since it first opened, not really sure what happened. Brought my car in as the service engine light was on, was told the "turbo" needed tti be replaced, left the car there on a Saturday, was told there were no loaners on the lot and to call back Monday. I called a few times Monday, to get blown off, and eventually get a text at the end of the day, saying they'd be in Tuesday. Never have I had such a hard time getting a loaner car for work that's under warranty, Tuesday came, no phone call, had to call twice and finally got a loaner, 4 days without a car and not even an offer to drive me into work, had I not pushed, I probably wouldn't have gotten a loaner either. More
