I called to find out if a sensor on my rear lockers was still covered by my 5 year 60,000 power train warranty. I spoke with Robert who asked me to come in the next day and he would work me in. When I arrived Robert came out and got the info from my Jeep Gladiator and then sent my vehicle back for the mechanics to check out. I received a text while in the waiting room telling me that they had done an inspection of my Jeep and all was good but the sensor did need replacing. Then Robert came over and told me that yes it was covered and they would have it done shortly. We were able to talk for a few minutes and I was really impressed with his knowledge and his personality, he made me feel like my vehicle and I were in great hands!!! While working on the sensor they also found some updates that needed to be taken care of which they did!!! All and all a great experience and I would highly recommend Hanania and especially Robert to anyone needing service!!! More
