4 BLACK TIRES matter. ...always done right, well and left cus cars have two sides. I dropped off my car at 11am. I never got notification that the car was finished. I texted the texting service number asking for an update and did not get a reply. So I drove over at 430 pm to see. Apparently the car was done. I then was told of maintenance they recommended but I would have to leave the car overnight. I decided to opt out of the extra work because I didn’t feel like I was being cared for. If I would of received a phone call when my car was done and then offered the other services I would of probably went ahead with it. Now I’m looking for another service center for my upcoming 80,000 mile service. It’s a shame because this is my closest VW dealership. More

All reps were very nice. I was able to have my brakes done as well as an oil change even though my appt. Was just for an oil change. Service was relatively quick and completed as requested. The facilities are clean. It was not very busy for a Saturday which was nice. I would have like a little more direction when I arrived.
