We have purchased 3 cars from t his company and you do all our maintenance work. That shows our satisfaction but we are disappointed that our discount fell from 15% to 10% on work done on our cars all our maintenance work. I had my brakes done in January and they started making noises a few weeks later. We came in for a routine service and a transmission check. Joe handled us at the desk. We got the bad news about our transmission and Joe kept us in the loop as far as how repairs were going. Joe gave us a loaner since the parts weren't available. It was a nice vehicle as well. I've driven some sketchy loaners in my day but this one had us considering a trade. Anyway, after some time we were told that our gti was ready. However when we went to take our car home the clutch locked down and the car was worse than when I brought it in. I went back in to start the process over and I took a breather while I waited to get checked back in. I was angry but Joe handled us in a very calm and professional way. He worked with us and had our vehicle ready next day. I appreciate that the extra work put in was taken care of by the dealership. We have been in VWs for over a decade now and are likely to continue. You've got a good guy in Joe. You definitely need to hold onto him. More
