It's not service that's an issue it's the fact that I bought a brand new Atlas Cross Sport that vibrates and does not have a smooth ride and no one has an answer. I will be calling corporate and I'm glad I have on record that my brand new car had been in the shop twice within the first month. Had a loaner for 5 days and it still drives the same if not worse. I had a key emergency and had to do a special tow. Could not make appt. They gave an estimate, I asked how Long. Couple if hours. Tgey basically blew me away, like they were doing me a favor. I came back after 3 hours, bill for $400. I asked what tgey did. Again. Rude answer, I don't know, etc. Turns out tgey had to remove my back seat to get to trunk where key was. $400 fir this is pure highway robbery. I was going to purchase a new car tgere. Not anymore! Bradly M was a tremendous help! I had a last minute repair (CV Boot replacement) and he was able to accommodate me with a loaner while my car was in service.
