As a new Volkswagen car owner and my first service experience at the Hamilton dealership location, it has been by far the WORST experience I dropped off my car at night before thinking that my appoi experience at the Hamilton dealership location, it has been by far the WORST experience I dropped off my car at night before thinking that my appointment that I had made one month prior for my car to be worked on for a factory recall and my 1st oil change would be taken care of, to my dismay, nothing was done. I called at 4:30 that day to inquire about my car since (No ONE called me) to let me know the status of my vehicle. I was told in quote we didn’t get to it I was reluctant given a loner car, The following day I returned the loaner car filled with gas and in the same exact clean condition that I had picked it up in no one even acknowledged any thing I was given the keys to my car and on my way I went. I later receive some sort of text stating that I was being charged Under $18 for gas not sure why since the car was returned with a full tank. I called the office left a detailed message and for someone to return the call, to date, no one has returned my call. IS THIS HoW YOU DO BUSINESS? I would never recommend this dealership nor the service department to anyone, I currently have 4 Hondas in my driveway that my family drives we were testing to see converting from a Honda family to a Volkswagen family. Not a way to win business. I’m sure I’m not going to even get a call back or an acknowledgment in reference to this however I do hope anyone reading it learns from many many mistakes made. Customer service experience is always number one or at least it should be More
