My salesman Ron is very nice and I think quite honest. Leased 2 cars with him. Servcice dept people are very nice, work is done in timely fashion. They told me my car needed wheel alignment (9600 miles). I took car to RW Tire & they would not do an alignment because they said I absolutely did not need one. I realize everyone has to make a living, but that it just out and out lying, probably because I am a woman. They also had other things listed to do which totaled over $1,000. Again, things that I was told by RW Tire were totally unnecessary. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Ron Demansky, but I would make sure to warn people about the service dept. and to get 2nd opinion . More

Price to program a new keyfob is astronomical! Then there was an extra “shop charge”. That should have been built into the quoted price. Almost $200 just to program is absurd. Ginny has been my service representative and she has been amazing!! Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind! I have had my 2019 VW Atlas serviced several times here and every time has been great! The last service I had was a valve cover gasket replacement. I was told the job would take a few days due to other work ahead of me but to my surprise the repair was done later that day! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Mike has been the tech to do all the work on my Atlas and he has been excellent! Thank you all! More
