She listened to my concerns, kept me informed on the work that needed be done, the Ginny’s customer service was above any service I’ve ever received. She listened to my concerns, kept me informed on the work that needed be done, the amount it would cost and was extremely helpful in navagating things with my insurance company. She was understanding when my insurance company was not responsive, guiding me through what the process typically looks like from her experience. I’m a full time working parent that doesn’t have the luxury of stopping everything in my life to have service done on my car Ginny was empathetic to this and was able to provide me with a loaner car from the dealership which made day to day life manageable. 100k service It was great. It took a while given that it was a 100k service but the lady from front desk who helped me was great and we discussed thr extra stuff I It was great. I was able to use a coupon that VW sent me home and overall it was smooth. I always liked the hamilton vw waiting space over any other I have been before. Comfortable with coffee and snacks.
