Service went above and beyond During my regular check up the service department found several major repairs that needed correcting. I was informed of them and scheduled an appointment to do them. During those repairs they found a couple of others that needed attention. Ginny called, told me about them, and asked what I wanted to do. I gave her the go ahead, then told her one of the parts should be covered by my extended warranty. She followed up on this, the company who extended the warranty came to the dealership, inspected the problem and agreed to cover the part, which was good news. Ginny went above and beyond to help me out. The service man who worked on my car was exceptional in finding all the problems and updating me on what was to be done. I was given a loaner car at no charge for the three days my car was there. Everyone on the team was great to work with. I highly recommend their dealership. More
