I was able to drop my car off the night before (at my convenience) due to the Hamilton Volkswagen makes it very convenient to have service work done. I was able to drop my car off the night before (at my convenience) due to their drop box service. First thing in the morning I received a text message from my service advisor, Tom, letting me know I can contact him at any point to check the status of my car. He kept me informed the entire time from the diagnosis, to the estimate, to when I could expect to have my car completed. Once done, I was able to pick up the car in the evening due to their convenience hours. Great service! More
