Undersold and Overdelivered I needed a new key as mine snapped in half. Spoke to parts to get a new one, a snafu on my end forced them to order the wrong key. I called with a general question and within a matter of seconds put me at ease. The technician who worked on my car deserves a lot of praise too. He was able to detect and fix my car. My car was in and out of the dealership in one day, and would have been sooner had I not been working so far away that day. When I got home and read what was actually done, I was even more impressed at how thorough the tech was. When the tech put the tire lug nut back in the holder in the trunk they did not put the cover back as it should have been. It was raised and bumpy, easily corrected by myself, but i though I would to share since some customers may not care for that. More
