The service mechanics are well qualified to do any issues on my car when I bring it in for service. The sales people are the best. I enjoy seeing them when I do bring my car in for service. They are always interested how you are doing. To me,they are like family. All of the people that are working there are very competent in their jobs. The service department is subpar. They charge an exuberant amount for labor but do half the work. I got a half a tuneup but paid for full service, at their recommendation. I regret not reading the negative reviews about this dealership before bringing my car in for the 80,000-mile service. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I’ll never return. They quoted me over $2,000 for servicing my 6-year-old 2018 Atlas, with more than half of that cost attributed to labor. Their flat hourly labor rate is $159. I dropped off my car at 9:30 a.m., and by 3:15 p.m., they called to say it was ready for pickup. When I questioned the labor charge, they claimed they assigned an "Ace" technician who completed an 8-hour job quickly. However, I was still billed for the full 8 hours of labor. Are they seriously expecting me to believe that this "Ace" technician worked nonstop for 6 hours straight, skipping lunch and restroom breaks, to finish an 8-hour job early? This practice feels dishonest and exploitative. More
