Hi Albert, I wanted to take a minute and reply to your survey. I see on 6/9/22 you had message on your dash that said check reverse bulb. We in fact found a burned out reverse bulb. We replaced the bulb at your approval. The message was no longer on the dash. When the car came back on 7/15/22 you stated the bulb was out again. When we checked it, we found the bulb was not blown but that there was a bad connection with the bulb and the holder. Once we addressed that the bulb was working as it should be. You were not charged anything. The only thing you paid for was the original bulb that was burned out. As for the gas, the tank was not full when you returned it. It took $20 at the pump which is what you were charged. You drove 176 miles. The gauge was at 7/8 of a tank. At 7/8 of a tank the LED indicator is next to the "F" on the gauge but there is one more LED above the "F" indicating the tank is full. I personally over see the loaners and was the one that put the needed gas back in. We ask all our customers to replace the gas that they use while in the loaner vehicle.
