Mike was great. Car was taken in on time at 8:30 and I was told it would be 2 hours. Came with a few additional items which I approved and told it would be another Car was taken in on time at 8:30 and I was told it would be 2 hours. Came with a few additional items which I approved and told it would be another 1 1/2 hours which I didn’t understand since nothing was that labor intensive. Finally checked out after 1 pm with labor cost twice as much as parts. More

Although my scheduled oil change mysteriously disappeared from thr schedule, they changed my oil and did the 30K recommended service in under 2 hours. There's a comfortable waiting area with WiFi but I do mi from thr schedule, they changed my oil and did the 30K recommended service in under 2 hours.
