Bought a car from another dealer that didn’t include the key to the wheel locks. I only found this out after needing a new tire and not being able to get my wheel off! Hamilton VW was able to squeeze me in, key to the wheel locks. I only found this out after needing a new tire and not being able to get my wheel off! Hamilton VW was able to squeeze me in, get the locks of and replace them with regular lugs for less than $100. I really appreciated them getting me in and out even though they had a line of cars to work on! More

Hamilton VW wasn’t a good experience at all. Everyone from the salesman, to the sales mgr, to the finance person came across as dishonest. The salesman didn’t know simple answers to questions Everyone from the salesman, to the sales mgr, to the finance person came across as dishonest. The salesman didn’t know simple answers to questions as well as the finance person and then blamed the sales manager. When I asked the sales manager he reacted frustrated and threatened to not sell me the car. I have purchased more than 20 cars over the years and have never felt so mislead and uncomfortable with the people I felt with at Hamilton VW. More

When ever I am at the dealership, everyone welcomes you with open arms. There are snacks and beverages available for you while you are waiting for your car to be returned to you after it’s servicing.
