Virginia Polizzi, the service advisor, was courteous, professional, and kept me up to data on the car's service. She is very pleasant. Michael Oxenham, the technician, did a great job on the car repair professional, and kept me up to data on the car's service. She is very pleasant. Michael Oxenham, the technician, did a great job on the car repairing what I brought it in for and also catching other issues and repairing them as well. he very easily could have ignored the issues he observed, but he didn't and it is much appreciated.
