Very good customer service, the Manager Mike was extremely helpful and sonwas the rest of the staff. I had a recall done on my car and something on my passenger seat wasn't put back correctly. Mike is simply amazing! not only did he make sure I was taken care of but he made me feel like the most important customer ever. The teschs were detailed and thorough. EPC light came on and off a couple times during a long trip. Although it was off, I wanted the VW experts to have a look. They quickly identified the issue and took great care to fix it.
