Took the car to the dealership to address multiple recalls. Ability to borrow a loaner and courteous staff is always great at this location. Even after leaving the car at the dealership for a week, the myVW app continues to say ‘Repair needed - Over-the-air-update to version 3.2.12 - issue date 12/24/2023’.
