I regret not reading the negative reviews about this dealership before bringing my car in for the 80,000-mile service. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I’ll never return. They quoted me over $2,000 for servicing my 6-year-old 2018 Atlas, with more than half of that cost attributed to labor. Their flat hourly labor rate is $159. I dropped off my car at 9:30 a.m., and by 3:15 p.m., they called to say it was ready for pickup. When I questioned the labor charge, they claimed they assigned an "Ace" technician who completed an 8-hour job quickly. However, I was still billed for the full 8 hours of labor. Are they seriously expecting me to believe that this "Ace" technician worked nonstop for 6 hours straight, skipping lunch and restroom breaks, to finish an 8-hour job early? This practice feels dishonest and exploitative. More

Pro: repairs were done in a timely manner, I got a phone call when the ordered part arrived and later when the repairs were completed. Con: I had to argue a little to get the loaner vehicle (it was prom call when the ordered part arrived and later when the repairs were completed. Con: I had to argue a little to get the loaner vehicle (it was promised to me by the sales person and the repairs dispatcher, but when I arrived to drop off my car and pick up the loaner, I had to convince the guy at the front desk, since he got no word from anyone about the loaner). Overall: if you have patience, it will be okay, but this shop is as dysfunctional as any other. :) More
