Mike's review I generally have a great experience with this service department. This time I dealt with Anes who always gives me good service guidance. He told me in advance that it could take a little longer than normal because I was having a coolant service and he had cautioned that the mechanic would have to make sure that all the air pockets were removed so that the heater/defroster would work properly. In the past, I have also had good experiences with Ryan. I have also had good experiences with the sales department, as well. I bought four vehicles from this dealership within my family dating back to 2004 Mazda Tribute. Three of the four vehicle each registered greater that 100,000 miles and the current vehicle currently has almost 60,000 miles. Staying that long with a dealership has to say something. More

Customer service thoroughly explains additional services beyond an oil change along with pricing that are recommended by the technician before additional work is complete and leaves the decision to the customer as well as suggesting what can wait and what needs to be completed ASAP. The waiting area is comfortable and the overall process is efficient. I would recommend this service center to others. More

Service staff is top notch I have been a customer for years now. I service both my 3 and CX-9 there. Ryan the service manager and Benito are my usual goto guys for service. I also like the techs who work on my car now and in the past. Sanel and Jerry are two techs who have been there for years and I like long time workers. Usually that means they are happy and have a good thing going. I also like it because they know my car for better or worse and know what they are doing. I usually avoid dealer service because of the inflated pricing but Hamilton is competitive and competent. If anything goes wrong under their watch, Ryan will reach out me and try to make things right. As long as they are there I will keep giving them business. More

Solid Service Center Staff is courteous and efficient. They perform their service in a timely fashion as well as a fair analysis of general wear & tear after every service Staff is courteous and efficient. Best part about it if there is an area of concern (I.e. uneven brakes or tire treads) they do not hassle you to complete service immediately or sell you. They make recommendations and allow you to consider options without the hard sell. New car salesman did the same, stopped by, said hello, asked how things were going and to call him if considering a new car then walked away. More
