My 1st Service appointment I had the following issues: Apple Car play can't be connected and auto door lock sometimes works and sometimes not. The service dept. tried to addres I had the following issues: Apple Car play can't be connected and auto door lock sometimes works and sometimes not. The service dept. tried to address the issue with Apple CarPlay with no success and told me to go to Apple. I thought this was not a satisfactory option for me. I purchased the brand new car just 4 months ago and the service dept did not have expertise to address the issue. This was my first service appointment. I was not satisfied at all. If they wanted 5 star rating, they should have called Apple and try to resolve the issue. The salesperson, Brian Harris was very kind and also tried to resolve the issue spending lots of time with no success. Now the other issue: When the car was returned to me after service, I asked Ryan (Representative) if the car auto lock issue was resolved. He said he forgot to do this and offered if I wanted wait more then they can look at this. I was shocked with his response, because he took notes about both the issues I spoke to him at the beginning. Anyway, I am very disappointed with their service and will not recommend to anyone. More

Scheduled Maintenance I brought my 2016 CX5 in for an oil change and checkup. Had to wait two weeks to get an appointment which was quite a long wait for this type of serv I brought my 2016 CX5 in for an oil change and checkup. Had to wait two weeks to get an appointment which was quite a long wait for this type of service. Once I arrived the service was excellent and you provided me with a recommended list of items including tires, alignment, brake flush & pollen filter. I will consider these items in the future. More

Honest service My car was serviced in June. Then, a week ago my brake light came on due to a caliper problem. There was no way of knowing what caused the caliper to My car was serviced in June. Then, a week ago my brake light came on due to a caliper problem. There was no way of knowing what caused the caliper to malfunction but Hamilton Mazda fixed the problem at their expense. Other service departments would have passed the cost of repair onto the client but this service department did not do that. They should be very proud of its integrity More
Good Service, as Usual I take my car back for regular (free) oil changes, and have whatever additional work I need done, performed there. They never do a hard up-sell on additional services that might be needed, which is appreciated, just advise what you might want to consider and why. More
First time experience I came in for the first time to Hamilton Mazda and I was greeted by a really nice lady from service. She was very attentive and polite. Ryan the servi I came in for the first time to Hamilton Mazda and I was greeted by a really nice lady from service. She was very attentive and polite. Ryan the service manager provided me with excellent customer service made sure that my service was done in time and also provided updates. I left Mazda to get to a meeting and a couple hours later my Mazda broke down. I called Hamilton Mazda and told them of the situation. Ryan was completely understanding and he went out of his way to make and stayed longer after the dealer closed to make sure I was taken care of. Other people would not pick up the phone or help me but Ryan the service manager helped out and went out of his way. I am extremely grateful for what he done for me and I will never for get my first with Hamilton Mazda. The lady at the front service counter is extremely helpful and very courteous. From now on Hamilton Mazda will always have my business. More

Great service center I have been dealing with the service center at Hamilton Mazda now for 4 years. They have always treated me professionally and as a valued customer.
