Very disappointed in our buying experience. Salesman didn't answer calls and was very lackluster in dealing with us. He didn't go over what the car had, or we would have spent more money to get Salesman didn't answer calls and was very lackluster in dealing with us. He didn't go over what the car had, or we would have spent more money to get a vehicle with a automatic trunk lock, Sirius radio and other options. When we came to pick up our new vehicle, Salesman basically spent about 5 minutes with me and my new car, showing me how to turn up air conditioner ( he was very hot and was surprised I didn't already have it on), put on radio, and hand-open trunk. That's when I realized it didn't have automatic trunk opener. He then told me to give him a good review, and left. That was it. He didn't seem interested in helping us. In Finance we paid $20 to have license plates mailed to us, and 4 days later we received call from dealership that we could drive in and pick up our plates. I called and said we paid to have plates mailed. They transferred me to our Salesman and I left message... no response. I called the following week... no response, no plates. The following week... no plates. I had husband call and he spoke to Salesman, who sounded shocked we didn't receive them, then saw he still had plates! I got them the following week. Meh... the whole experience stunk. More

Hamilton Mazda was relatively easy to work with. After we arrived, we had to seek out a salesman to begin test the process. The dealership wasn’t too busy but it took about 15min to find someone. Once we got ahold of a salesman they let us jump right into a vehicle for a test drive without any sales pitches. The buying experience was relatively painless and they worked with us to figure out reasonable terms. More
