Gifford was extremely professional, patient and accommodating. He worked with us to test drive several vehicles despite initially thinking we were set on one. Once we realized our initial desire wa accommodating. He worked with us to test drive several vehicles despite initially thinking we were set on one. Once we realized our initial desire was no longer what we wanted, he really exhausted all resources to ensure we left with a vehicle and that we were happy.
