Hamilton Mazda is the second dealership I have visited to look into the Mazda 3 hatchback. The first time around, the salesman at this (purposely) unnamed dealership was beyond pushy and made the experience look into the Mazda 3 hatchback. The first time around, the salesman at this (purposely) unnamed dealership was beyond pushy and made the experience uncomfortable to the point where I couldn't walk into their showroom again. That was never the case with Hamilton Mazda. I decided to walk in one day after work and take a look at the 3 hatch again. I was greeted by the front desk and then by Brian Harris. He was extremely kind to me and answered all of my questions. He came with me on a quick test drive and gave me numbers to think about later on. Though I didn't purchase my car until a month later due to personal circumstances, Brian did not hassle me for an answer on the numbers he initially provided. It was a breath of fresh air to be left alone to think on the car without any pressure. When I reached out to him a month later, I was set on the car I wanted. We chose a day, ran the numbers again, and agreed on a fair deal. He was super easy to talk to and was open to anything I had to say. The day came, and I went in to sign the paperwork and Brian took the time to go over the car with me one more time before driving off. I was there for less than two hours! He and the whole team at Hamilton Mazda made my experience a great one. I will most certainly be back for service and to buy another car! More
The usual great service on new brakes, plugs, fuel injector cleaning and oil change. All done in the time predicted and no issues.
