Dealership is very neat, clean and welcoming. I really like that Hamilton Mazda takes pride in their own brand and inventory so I only saw Mazdas there. It's nice to be a part of a small world in a dealership that doesn't feel like a used car lot. Neal spoke to me over the phone prior to us arriving at the dealership and was extremely professional and welcoming. Even though the dealership was going to close in 30 minutes I didn't feel rushed or 'put-off' by Neal or the team. He was able to sell me the vehicle in a very stress-free method which I enjoyed. We ended up staying at the dealership a couple hours after they closed and signed papers. One of the best things I thought was that I wasn't forced to say yes to any additional protection plans or extended warranties. Neal asked once, and then the finance manager asked me once. I said no each time and they didn't treat me poorly or make me feel regretful for saying no. I also love that Neal called me the next business day just to ask how I was liking the vehicle. These are all good customer service experiences that most places no longer have. Loved it! More
