From the moment I contacted Giff at Hamilton Mazda on a Monday morning to picking up our CX-90 PHEV the same evening, the experience was splendid! I test drove the vehicle at a competitive dealership and attempted to get the best deal possible from each. Giff was professional, prompt, eager and earned our business at the end. He was not pushy, but took every step he could to satisfy us. The experience at the showroom that evening was nothing short of excellent. Giff and Brian (finance) were incredible and had our best interest in mind. We were in and out with the new car within 45 mins. They had the vehicle ready!
